Requirements
The Yousty interface must have been installed by your Dualoo admin.
You can find the installation instructions here.You must have activated the module Recruitment of apprentices, trainees & interns in your Dualoo subscription so that you can also advertise jobs with the type ‘Apprenticeship’.

How can apprenticeships and multi-day events be directly linked to the apprenticeship profile on Yousty?
1. Open the desired job using the button
2. Go to the ‘Publish’ section.
3. Under ‘Direct Integrations’, activate the publication by clicking on the ‘Start Publication’ button
4. Further information will now appear. Specify whether it is an apprenticeship or a multi-day event (e.g. multi-day event), and then select the appropriate apprenticeship profile.
5. The link is created in the background and the green message appears All information is displayed on the info button and the corresponding advertisement can be opened on Yousty by clicking on the info button.
6. Students can now apply directly to Yousty with their profile and no longer have to fill out the Dualoo input mask. Applications are received directly in Dualoo and are labelled with the source ‘Yousty’. You can see below how applicants can use their Yousty profile to apply.
How can students apply directly with their Yousty profile (from the student's perspective)?
1. A student finds the advertisement on Yousty and clicks on ‘Apply for an apprenticeship’
Information: It works the same way, even if the student would apply for a Multi-day event.
2. Alle Daten der Bewerber*in sind direkt vorausgefüllt, da die Informationen aus dem Yousty-Profil geladen werden.
3. The letter of motivation must still be uploaded, as Yousty does not allow this to be loaded directly from the profile, but is entered and uploaded individually for each applicant.

4. The application can be sent by clicking on the ‘Send’ button.

How are the applicants received by Dualoo (again from the Dualoo recruiter's perspective)?
1. The Responsible Recruiter is informed as usual by e-mail about the new application receipt or the new registration for the Multi-day event.
2. The source Yousty can be seen at the top of the application. Two notes can be seen under the communication that the application was received via the yousty.ch interface. The confirmation of receipt of the application has been sent as usual and the application can now be edited in Dualoo as usual.
