Requirements
Employees / Users Email address must be stored in different accounts
How can I grant authorizations for different accounts to a single user?
Accounts can only be linked via Dualoo Support. The request can be made by admins or HR managers. We only need the email address, the desired account and the department to which the user should be added.
How does logging in with different accounts work?
1. The first part of the login process is identical to that for users with only one account.
2. You will then be asked which account you would like to log in to:
Tip: If you do not want to be asked which account you want to log in to each time you log in, you can define this in the settings. More information here
3. You can switch between accounts at any time by clicking on the name at the top.
Where can I save my default account?
1. Go to ‘Settings’ under "My account" on your name.
2. Under ‘Standard Login’, select whether ...
Should we work with a multi-location solution or a multi-client solution?
Dualoo can be used to create multiple locations, or the software can also be used as a multi-client solution.
Multi-location solution
We generally recommend working with multiple locations.
This solution is:
easier to manage,
slightly more cost-effective (as the number of employees is counted across the group), easier to control and overview,
more flexible (it is easier to switch to a more complex client structure at a later date than vice versa).
If you would like to use different locations, please see here for instructions on how to proceed.
Overview: Location-based vs. client-based solution
Area | Location-Based Solution | Tenant-Based Solution |
Location Addresses | Multiple locations with their own names and addresses are possible. | Same as location solution |
Jobs | Location, texts and authorizations can be defined for each job. No difference to the client solution.. | Same as location solution |
Email signature | Only one signature is possible. Placeholders allow location-specific information | Separate signature per client with different logos, images and links. |
Text/evaluation templates | Templates can be used centrally for all locations.. | Templates must be maintained separately for each client. |
Career portal | Central or separate portals possible per location. Layout can be customised. | Only separate portals possible per client.. |
Admin/HR authorisations | Role: Admin and HR Manager apply to the entire account. | Role: Admin and HR Manager authorisations per client. |
Social media logo | One central logo for all posts. | Own logo possible per client. |
Add-on | Add-ons (paid and free) per account and therefore available for all locations | Add-ons (paid and free) per account and therefore more expensive than in the location solution. |
Talent pool | Dossiers can be used across locations. | No dossier exchange between clients |
When do I need different accounts?
Different accounts can be used if they are legally completely separate institutions / companies. The accounts have nothing in common, except for individual users who have been added as employees in both accounts.
There are completely different settings (including authorizations).
Applicants cannot be moved from one account to the other.
You can also create different companies (company names) and addresses in locations so that jobs can always be advertised for the correct work location. In the signature, the addresses of the employees or of the job location can be used and thus typical company structures can be mapped with the locations. If you would like to use different locations, you can see how to proceed here.
How can I give an individual user authorization for different accounts?
Accounts can only be connected via Dualoo Support. This can be done by admins or HR-Managers. We only need the e-mail address, the desired account and the Department to which the user is to be added.
How does the login with different accounts work?
1. The first part of the login works the same as for users with only one account.
2. Then you will be asked which account you would like to log in to:
Tip: If you don't want to be asked which account you want to log in to every time you log in, you can define this in the settings. More about this here
3. You can switch between accounts at any time by clicking on the name at the top.
Where can I store my default account?
1. Go to your name in the settings under "My account".
2. Under Standard account select whether
