Learn about the different ways of publishing a job with Dualoo and also how to activate the sharing function.

Jobs - Publish

The Publish section is divided into 3 main areas. These 3 variants are available for you to publish a job. Our aim is that, regardless of the channel through which you receive applicants, they are received directly online and centrally by Dualoo.

You can access the "Publish" section either when you create a new job or when you edit an existing job. To do this, click on "Jobs" at the top of the menu and click on the button for the relevant job:

Overview 3 main variants - Publication of a job

By default, all areas of the publication are set to 'Off'.

1. 'Application portals' (website, intranet)

2. 'Direct integrations'

3. 'Links to the application form (job platforms)'.

1. Application portals (website, intranet)

Application portals are Dualoo portals that can be displayed directly on your company's own website using I-Frame integration. This integration must be carried out once by the Responsible of your website (effort / duration approx. 15 minutes). You can then publish vacancies directly from Dualoo on your company website with just one click.

Here is an example of an application portal:

1. Application portals can be selected by clicking in the "Add portal" field.


2. If the button is set to "On", the job is published on the website or intranet, and you only have to wait for the incoming applicants.

2. Direct integrations

These are direct integrations, i.e. you can publish on the corresponding platforms directly from Dualoo.

  1. Google for Jobs (free)

    If you set the button to ‘On’, the information about the vacancy will be sent to Google for Jobs and the job will be published automatically. You can find detailed instructions for Google for Jobs here.

  2. Social Media Post (free):
    Clicking on ‘On’ will automatically prepare the social media post, which you can then share via your profile.
    In addition, clicking on ‘On’ will enable the sharing of the advertisement for the corresponding social media platform and display it on the advertisement.

  3. Multiposter Solique & Prospective: Multiposting is the publication of a vacancy in several job application portals. One advantage of multiposting is that the advertisements do not have to be created multiple times in different places. Dualoo has interfaces to the multiposting systems of Solique and Prospective.

  4. Further direct connections to job platforms and more

    The direct interfaces to external services such as Jobs.ch, Google Ads and many more can be found in the App Store. Further information can be found here.

By clicking on the advertisement on ‘Google for Jobs’, one of the job platforms or one of the social media posts, the candidates are taken directly to the Dualoo advertisement and can apply using the applicant form (the input mask).

3. Links to the application form (job platforms)

You can enter the applicant link to Dualoo in your advertisements for any job application portal. This means that you create the advertisement on the job platform (e.g. Jobs.ch) as usual, but enter the link to the application form in the link for the application.

With many job application portals (including ostjob.ch), you also have the option of linking directly to the Dualoo advertisement. You therefore have two options:

Option 1: Link to the application form.

In this case, the Dualoo link to the application form is stored on the Apply button of the job application portal. With this option, the advertisement is created and laid out on the job platform. Only the Apply button is linked to the Dualoo link.

Option 2: Integration URL advertisement

Use of the Dualoo advertisement on the job platform

With this option, the advertisement including layout will be taken over by Dualoo. The texts of the advertisement must also be created for the keyword search. In addition, the Dualoo link to the application form must also be stored on the Apply button of the job application portal in this variant.

1. Both options described above can be started identically. By clicking in the field Add link, a selection of job application portals will appear.

Is something missing? You can also add further job platforms by entering a free text (enter new labels).

2. By selecting the job portal, it will be inserted and the button will automatically be set to On. You can then copy the applicant link to your clipboard by clicking on Copy link.

3. Now simply paste the copied link into the desired job. As mentioned, for example, in the advertisement on jobs.ch, etc.

With most job portals, you can either link to the application form or directly to the entire Dualoo advertisement. You can find instructions on how to do this as well as further articles on individual job application portals here.

For practice purposes, you can also simply paste the copied link into a new tab in your browser. You will then see that you land directly in the input mask. Candidates can use this input mask to apply to you.
