Job - Publish

The Publish section is divided into 3 main areas. You have these 3 options for publishing a job. Our goal is that no matter which channel you use to receive applications, they will be received directly online and centrally in Dualoo.

You can either enter the Publish section when creating a new job or edit an existing job. To do so, click on "Job" in the menu at the top and select the appropriate job by clicking on the

"Publish".

Overview 3 main variants - Publication of a job

By default, all areas of the publication are set to 'Off'.

1. 'Application portals' (website, intranet)

2. 'Google & Social Media Posting (direct integrations)'.

3. 'Links to the application form (job platforms)'.

1. Application portals (website, intranet)

Application portals are Dualoo-portals which can be displayed directly on your company's website using I-Frame integration. This integration has to be done once by the person responsible for your website (effort / duration approx. 15 minutes). Afterwards, you can publish open positions directly on your company website with one click from Dualoo.

You can find out how to publish a job in the application portal here. The explanation on how to integrate your applicant portal on your website can be found in this guide.

Here is an example of an application portal:

1. By clicking on the "Add Portal" field, applicant portals can be selected.

2. If the button is set to 'On', the job is published on the website or intranet and you just have to wait for the incoming applications.

2. Google & Social Media Posting (direct integrations)

These are direct integrations, which means that you can publish to the appropriate platforms directly from Dualoo. The 'Google for Jobs' and 'Social Media Posting' are free job postings. In the case of the 'social media', this means a free post in the feed and not the posting of a job in the area of paid job posts such as Linked-In Jobs or Facebook Jobs. In the 'Help Center' you will also find detailed instructions for the different types of publication.

By clicking on the ad in 'Google for Jobs' or one of the social media posts, candidates can directly access the Dualoo job ad and apply via the application form (the input mask).

1. Google for Jobs

If you set the button to "On", the job opening information will be sent to Google for Jobs and the job will be published automatically. The detailed instructions for Google for Jobs can be found here.

2. Social Media Post

By clicking "On", the social media post is automatically prepared, which you can then share via your profile.
In addition, clicking "On" enables the job advertisement to be shared with the corresponding social media platform and displayed on the advertisement.

Detailed instructions using LinkedIn as an example can be found here.

3. Links to the application form (job platforms)

You can enter the applicant link to Dualoo in your job advertisements for any job application portal. This means that you create the advertisement on the job platform (e.g. Jobs.ch) as usual, but enter the link to the application form in the link for the application.

With many job application portals (including Jobs.ch), you also have the option of linking directly to the Dualoo advertisement. You therefore have two options:

Option 1: Link to the application form.

In this case, the Dualoo link to the application form is stored on the Apply button of the job application portal. With this option, the advertisement is created and laid out on the job platform. Only the Apply button is linked to the Dualoo link.

Option 2: Integration URL job advertisement

Use of the Dualoo advertisement on the job platform

With this option, the job advertisement including layout will be taken over by Dualoo. The texts of the job advertisement must also be created for the keyword search. In addition, the Dualoo link to the application form must also be stored on the Apply button of the job application portal in this variant.

1. Both options described above can be started identically. By clicking in the field Add link, a selection of job application portals will appear.

Is something missing? You can also add further job platforms by entering a free text (enter new labels).

2. By selecting the job portal, it will be inserted and the button will automatically be set to On. You can then copy the applicant link to your clipboard by clicking on Copy link.

3. Now simply paste the copied link into the desired job. As mentioned, for example, in the job advertisement on jobs.ch, etc.

With most job portals, you can either link to the application form or directly to the entire Dualoo advertisement. You can find instructions on how to do this as well as further articles on individual job application portals here.

For practice purposes, you can also simply paste the copied link into a new tab in your browser. You will then see that you land directly in the input mask. Candidates can use this input mask to apply to you.
