Jobs - Publish
The Publish section is divided into three main areas. These three options are available to you for publishing a job. Our goal is to ensure that, regardless of the channel through which you receive applications, they are received directly online and centrally at Dualoo.
You can access the "Publish"section either when you create a new job or when you edit an existing job.
1. Go to the job settings via the button.
in the menu item "Publish".
Overview 3 main variants - Publication of a job
In the Portal and Platforms areas, the status is automatically set to active after adding. For Direct Integrations, activation only takes place after clicking on ‘Start Publication’.
1. Application portals (website, intranet)
2. Direct integrations
3. Manual links (other job platforms, etc.)
1. Application portals (website, intranet)
Application portals are Dualoo portals that can be displayed directly on your company's website using i-frame integration. This integration must be carried out once by the person responsible for your website (effort/duration approx. 15 minutes). Afterwards, you can publish vacancies directly from Dualoo on your company website with just one click.
You can find out how to publish a job in the application portal here. You can find out how to integrate the application portal into your website in this guide.
Here is an example of an application portal:
1. By clicking on the ‘+ Add portal’ button, a new application portal can be selected.
2. A search field will appear in which you can search for the desired job application portal by entering text; the selection will be automatically narrowed down according to your input.
3. Once you have made your selection, the status will automatically be set to active.
The job is now published on the website or intranet – all you have to do is wait for the applications to come in.
To preview the advertisement, simply click on "Preview"
on the portal.
2. Direct integrations
These are direct integrations, i.e. you can publish directly from Dualoo to the relevant platforms. The list is not exhaustive..
Google for Jobs (free)
When you click on the "Start Publication" button, the information about the vacancy is sent to Google for Jobs and the job is published automatically. Detailed instructions for Google for Jobs can be found here.
Social media post (free)
Clicking on "Start Publication" automatically prepares the social media post, which you can then share via your profile. In addition, clicking on "Start Publication" activates the sharing of the advertisement for the corresponding social media platform and displays it on the advertisement here.
Detailed instructions using LinkedIn as an example can be found here.
Multiposter Solique & Prospective
Multiposting refers to the publication of a job vacancy on multiple job application portals. One advantage of multiposting is that the advertisements do not have to be created multiple times in different places. Dualoo has interfaces to the multiposting systems of Solique and Prospective.
Further direct connections to job platforms and more
Direct interfaces to external services such as Jobs.ch, Google Ads and many more can be found in the App Store. Further information can be found here.
By clicking on the advertisement on “Google for Jobs”, one of the job platforms or one of the social media posts, candidates are taken directly to the Dualoo advertisement and can apply via the application form (the input mask).
3. Manual links (other job platforms, etc.)
You can include the Dualoo application link in your adverts for all job application portals. This means that you can create the advert on the job platform (e.g. on Jobs.ch) as usual, but include the link to the application form in the application link. You can find more information on this in this help centre article: How can I publish a job on a job application portal?
