Requirements
Authorisation as 'Admin' for adjustments of the placeholders in the e-mail signature, the letter/email templates and in the layout of rating schemes.
Authorisation as 'Recruiter' for entering letters/emails in dossiers and generating rating schemes as a document.
The overview of all available placeholders can be found here.
Overview:
'Responsible person' - used in the process steps in the dossier. Further information can be found in this article under point 3.
'Executing person' - used in the process steps in the dossier. Further information can be found in this article under point 4.
'Administrative person' - this is a special placeholder which is described in more detail below.
The placeholders (A_VORNAME, A_NACHNAME, etc.) for the administrative person are used in Dualoo in various areas. Below you will find an overview and also a recommendation on how they can be used.
Administrative person for e-mails/letters
When sending an e-mail, the person logged in is the 'Administrative person' by default. All Dualoo users are available in the dropdown selection. The placeholders (A_VORNAME, A_NACHNAME, etc.) for the administrative person are inserted accordingly (if they are used in the templates).
Important: The sender of e-mails is always the logged-in user.
Practical tip: By additionally using the placeholders for the executing person (e.g. D_VORNAME), two interview partners can be automatically added to the mail during an interview.
Administrative person for ratings
For rating schemes that are generated as a document, by default the rating person is the administrative person. This can be changed as follows.
Administrative person in the e-mail signature
In the e-mail signature, only the placeholders for the 'administrative person' are available. This is always the logged-in user.
Practical tip: Instead of the address of the logged-in user, the address of the job (company location) can also be used (e.g. S_STRASSE instead of A_STRASSE).
