The rights as a recruiter are now assigned directly in the job.

This means that when you create a new job, you can also assign the corresponding rights directly.

For all your previous jobs we have taken the current permissions from the settings.

👍 Multiposting with solique

A direct integration to the multiposting of solique is now available. So solique customers only have to enter the job information once.

​👍 Cover picture in the digital job advertisement

Now you can provide your digital job advertisement with a cover picture. We have created a media library for this purpose in the settings.

​👍 New role: HR Manager

With the new role of HR Manager, HR department heads or company management have an overview of all jobs in Dualoo and also receive a separate dashboard for this purpose.

​👍 Evaluation criteria by role

Recruiters and evaluators can now evaluate different criteria from one evaluation scheme. This allows you to simplify Dualoo even more for evaluators (line managers, vocational trainers, etc.) and, if desired, to pass on fewer criteria for evaluation.

​👍 Appointment Settings Availability and Visibility

For appointment invitations you can now control in Dualoo whether the calendar entry is visible to all or whether it is marked as confidential (private). You can also specify the availability.

Gender Adaptation

We have replaced the specification of the gender with the selection of the address. You do not need to make any adjustments, as all placeholders will work as before. Further gender adjustments such as renaming employees to employees were implemented in various areas.

Scheduling Cancellation Step

If you schedule a cancellation step in the future, we will automatically suggest the corresponding date as the date of sending for e-mails.

Renaming Publication Social Media Portals

To make it easier to see that the social media job posts are published in the feed of the respective portal, we have added feed to the name in the section Job - Publish - with feed.

Dossier Overview Hover (Steps Status)

If you hover over the icon of the respective step in the dossier, we now also display information about the evaluations.

Optimization of filter settings

If list filters were set before the update and then something was reloaded or the dossier was changed, it could happen that the order of the dossiers changed. This is now corrected and the order remains the same when reloading or changing the dossier.

New column filters for evaluations KPIs (Excel)

With the new column filters, it is now possible to evaluate all important KPIs in the area of recruitment by exporting them to Excel and pivot tables. This is in preparation for future evaluations directly in Dualoo.
