👍New Design for Candidate Dossiers & Raters
The view of candidate dossiers and detailed ratings has been comprehensively optimised. Sections such as the filtered list, applicant information and shared communication can now be flexibly expanded and collapsed within the rating view. Furthermore, candidates’ multiple applications are now displayed in a drop-down menu.

👍Reviews: Release of documents, notes and emails
Communication between recruiters and raters has been enhanced. Emails, internal notes and documents from the dossier can now be released specifically for the rater.
👍Salary information / Salary expectation
Salary information can now be used throughout Dualoo: from the salary range in the advertisement, through the applicants’ salary expectations, to the display in the candidate profile and the overview list. Hourly, monthly and annual salaries are supported.

👍Video in the application form
Applicants can now upload a video directly to the application form or provide a link to one – for example, for a brief personal introduction. The video is then visible in the dossier and can also be released to raters.
👍Filters in the application portal / job application portal
Various filters and a customisable default sort order are now available for the job overview on your own website (iframe). This makes it easier for applicants to navigate when there are many jobs or multiple locations. If you have previously used several separate job application portals, these can now be consolidated into a single portal thanks to the new filtering options.
👍Define due dates for process steps individually
The due date for process steps can now be set directly within the dossier and postponed if necessary. This means that a separate activity step – for example, to wait for feedback from superiors – is no longer required.
👍Stand-in & Away Mode
You can now create periods of absence directly in Dualoo and designate a stand-in. This ensures that applications and tasks continue to be processed even during holidays or other periods of absence.
👍Various file types visible in the document view
The document view in the dossier and rating sections has been enhanced: all relevant file types are now displayed in the preview. There is no longer any need to download them separately.
👍Email status directly in the dossier
In addition to the information email already sent out in the event of bounces, recruiters can now see directly in the dossier whether an email has been successfully delivered or whether a bounce has occurred. In the event of delivery issues, specific notes regarding the cause are displayed.
👍New multiposting add-ons: CH Media & JobAd Agency
With CH Media (ostjob.ch, jobbasel.ch, jobbern.ch, jobmittelland.ch, jobzueri.ch, myjob.ch, zentraljob.ch) and JobAd Agency (includingyou.ch, zueri.jobs, winti.jobs), further job platform integrations are now available for publishing advertisements directly from Dualoo.

Additional Updates
General
More flexible overview customization: The available space in job, dossier, and rating overviews has been optimized. Labels and additional columns can be shown or hidden, and column widths can be adjusted manually. In the dossier overview, the profile picture is also displayed in a more compact format.
New text editor with emojis: The previous CKEditor has been replaced by Froala. This provides new editing options, including the ability to use emojis.
Expanded data export for evaluations: When exporting ratings, the step name, dossier ID, and application ID are now included throughout. This makes it easier to enter evaluations of turnaround times, such as the duration of a rating or the time until the next process step.
More Consistent Navigation: Tabs have been standardized in the settings (including the application process) and other areas such as the candidate dossier. This makes navigation clearer and more consistent.
Confetti for Successful Actions: For selected successful actions - such as an acceptance - a confetti animation now provides a small visual celebration.
Personal Settings: Scrolling behavior and color mode (e.g., Dark Mode) can now be customized under “My Account.”

Dossier
Save email attachments directly under “Communication”: Attachments from emails can now be saved directly under “Communication.” Depending on authorization, they are also available to raters.
Automatically detect application language: The application language is automatically recorded in the dossier based on the selected input mask and can be manually adjusted if necessary. When sending emails, relevant templates in this language are displayed first.
Select file type during manual upload: During a manual upload, documents can be directly assigned to an appropriate file type (e.g., resume, employment references, etc.).
Rating
Internal/External Comments: The type (internal/external) of comments can be changed later.
Employees
Easier to add existing users: Employees who already have a user account in another system can now be added more easily to their own tenant. 📖 Read more here
Settings
Easier to distinguish between locations: When there are multiple locations in the same city, the street name is now also displayed. This makes it easier to clearly identify each location.
Improved navigation in Settings: Across all sections (e.g., “Application Processes” or “Templates Letters / Email”), searching for and selecting tabs/templates has been optimized so that desired content can be found faster and opened more easily.
PDF Help in the Input Mask: The text displayed in the PDF Help section of the input mask has been reworded to be more neutral and can now be customized as needed.

Checking suspicious email addresses: Unusual email addresses are now detected directly in the input mask. Candidates are notified so they can review or correct them. Additionally, a corresponding note is displayed in the dossier.
Improved protection during registration: New registrations are now also checked for unwanted freemail domains and protected against automated spam requests by Friendly Captcha.
More secure login and password management: Login, registration, and password reset now run through a dedicated authentication service (OAuth flow with session). This provides stronger technical security for the login processes and enables centralized management. The mechanisms used (e.g., hashing) have been updated to the latest standards.
Improvements from interim releases
General
GIFs for social media, cover pictures, and signatures: GIFs can now be used, for example, for social media logos, cover pictures, or email signatures.
Personal Assistant expanded: The Cockpit now also displays ratings that are due today.
Overview lists optimized: The number of items displayed by default has been adjusted to avoid empty spaces on the pages.
Source names in the dossier corrected: Faulty technical names such as “PMS_Jobs” or “PMS_GADS” are now displayed correctly as, for example, “Jobs.ch” or “Google Ads.”
Email display corrected: Umlauts and special characters in incoming emails are displayed correctly.
Email signatures improved: Merged table cells in signatures are now saved correctly.
Due dates for dossier steps corrected: The calculation of the due date and the validation of the time specification have been improved.
Anonymisation corrected: An error in the anonymisation of individual dossiers with rejection and subsequent process steps has been fixed.
Kosovo added: Kosovo is now available in the country selection list.
Job Creation & Publication
More flexible workload creation: The workload can now be freely created as a value between 1 and 100%.
Add-on jobs.ch - Publication expanded: Re-publications can now be triggered with or without changes. Additionally, when a job is closed, the corresponding cancellation notification is once again transmitted correctly.
Add-on JobBooster - Publication corrected: The Pause and cancellation logic has been improved, and the correct redirection to JobBooster has been ensured.
Add-on Solique - Transmission corrected: The transmission of job orders to Solique has been technically improved.
App Store
jobs.ch setup simplified: The JobCloud customer number is no longer a required field when setting up the add-on.
Custom email address corrected: Your own email domain is now used correctly for all supported outgoing emails.
Improved Yousty integration: The interface has been optimized in several areas, including the transmission of information (Word files are now also supported) and the linking of jobs.
API
Additional file formats via the API: In addition to PDF, DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ODP, and TXT files can now also be transmitted. These are automatically converted to PDF.
Greater transparency for API tokens: The expiration date and last usage are now displayed for API tokens.
Advertisement type available via the API: The new “advertisementType” parameter allows you to distinguish between PDF advertisements and digital advertisements.
Phone numbers validated via the API: Phone numbers are now also validated for dossiers entered via the API.
